Payment Instructions

1. Contact us about your interest in booking.
• You may call us at 678-372-9107
• You may send an e-mail to inquire about a booking date
• You may go ahead and book on line at this site.
• Your confirmation will be complete when we verify the date availability and we receive your completed rental application
2. Once dates are confirmed available, pay on line or send a check to our corporate address.
3. Complete the Rental Application
• The application will be forwarded to you by e-mail or by U.S. mail.
4. Once we receive payment and a completed rental agreement, Retriever Pointe will send an e-mail confirmation of your dates and times scheduled. 
• Should you not have access to e-mail, please let us know up front so we can make arrangements to send to you via U.S. mail.
5. We will also at that time mail you a welcome package with a house key and House Instructions/Directions. 
• If you are within 2 weeks of your stay, you may need to drop by our local office to pick up the key and instructions
