Booking is easy. Just click the options below that best fit. If you’re within 30 days of your expected stay, please use the full payment option. A cleaning fee and security deposit are required with each stay. We will also need a completed rental agreement on file prior to your stay. Contact us for weekly rates.

Peak Season Rates for The Lake House at Retriever Pointe are March 1 thru Oct 1. Once we receive your confirmation of booking, we will forward on to you a rental agreement. You will have the option of faxing or mailing the completed agreement back to us. Click here for more detailed instructions on the payment and booking process.
